Friends and Family Shopping Center is a general shopping centre in Paharpur. The people serving you are the people who own it.
What the shop is for
The idea is straightforward. A household should be able to do most of a week's shopping in one place rather than walking between four separate shops. Groceries, household goods, personal care, clothing, gifts and children's things sit under one roof.
Because it is family run there is no head office and no script. A question about an item or a price is answered by somebody who can answer it, and a complaint reaches the person who can put it right.
